Job Overview
Join our team as a College Intern, where you'll gain firsthand experience in private equity. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your financial acumen, sharpen your analytical skills, and understand the intricacies of private equity investments. We're a relatively new private equity group (2 years old), but have several portfolio companies including: a security guard company, a commercial roofing company, and a biohazard remediation/crime scene cleanup company. Your contributions will support key investment projects, research initiatives, and portfolio management activities that drive value creation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities
- Source deals from investment banks
- Support due diligence processes by researching market trends, industry data, and competitive landscapes
- Contribute to preparing detailed investment memos, LBO models, presentations, and reports for internal review
- Collaborate with senior team members on portfolio management tasks
- Participate in team meetings to discuss investment strategies, market insights, and project progress
- Help organize and maintain accurate records of research findings, financial data, and transaction documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and financial statements
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate within a team environment
- A proactive attitude with the eagerness to learn about investment banking and private equity

Internship Details
We accept interns on a rolling basis and bring on multiple cohorts throughout the year. Internships can range from 2-6 months. Top-performing interns may receive full-time/return offers. This paid internship is designed to provide valuable exposure to the private equity landscape while supporting your professional growth. $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
