We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive Research Intern to support innovation and the continued development of our growing department, while meeting the current needs of our agents. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy diving into data, and are eager to start your commercial real estate (CRE) career, we'd love to hear from you. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Data entry
- Completing data report requests from our agents
- Build a commercial real estate database for Eastern Idaho
- General clean-up and maintaining of all data in database
- General agent/assistant questions and troubleshooting
- General marketing functions
- Track listings
- Trend analysis & statistical reports
- Contribute to quarterly analysis and interpretation of market trends for Eastern Idaho
- Lead generation
- Data exchanges with other brokerages and appraisers
- May perform other duties as assigned
