Key Responsibilities for the Controller

• Direct all accounting activities and financial reporting processes
• Create and oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and grant management
• Maintain adherence to nonprofit regulations and industry standards
• Manage audit engagements and produce accurate financial statements
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support organizational goals

Qualifications for the Controller

• CPA required
• Big4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
