Role Overview

During the 6-month internship, you will support the preparation and coordination for Holcim's 2026 Integrated Annual Reporting Suite. In addition, you will be tasked to provide support in other work/projects primarily related to full-year reporting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project coordination for the 2026 Integrated Annual Reporting Suite
  • Support with the texting, editing, and proof reading for 2026 Annual Report as well as for the other full-year reporting materials
  • Timeline/deadline management
  • Updating and controlling of content in the publishing system

Your Profile

Education / Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications

Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience in corporate communications is a plus
  • Excellent project coordination skills
  • Digitally proficient (publishing tools and google suite)
  • Detailed oriented yet able to keep a good overview of the entire project and its different work streams
  • Experience and understanding of accounting and technology is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Languages

  • Good command of English and German, spoken and written
