About the role

Position Overview As a key member of the Credit team, you will be part of AgriBank’s mission to support the people who feed the world. As an intern in the Credit department, you will be broadly exposed to all facets of Capital Markets Lending functions and have the opportunity to work with various teams across the organization. In this role, you will assist teams to improve risk rating models and portfolio data management by industry, work with credit teams to assist in the analysis, monitoring, and review of large/complex agricultural companies, Farm Credit System entities and industries, and compile research and findings and present recommendations to senior management.

Minimum

Qualifications Current sophomore or junior in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business or related field Ability to work 35-40 hours per week May - August 2027 Depending on availability, 5-10 hours a week January - April 2027 may be considered Required Knowledge and Skills High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work and communicate collaboratively with others Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite About Our Intern Program AgriBank’s internship program is designed to provide real-life experience in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
