YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Work alongside our global CRM team, gain hands-on experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), and help shape data-driven marketing strategies. Be part of the world’s most exciting powersports family and experience BRP products firsthand.
CDP Support & Development
- Build, maintain, and QA dashboards in Tealium Insights (Amazon QuickSight) to monitor customer data ingestion, identity stitching, audience volumes, and lifecycle trends.
- Monitor CDP data flows and assist in finding inconsistencies between Tealium, ACC, Snowflake, Meta, and Google.
- Run weekly CDP health checks (event ingestion, attribute updates, audience sync status) and flag anomalies to CRM and engineering teams.
- Validate web and mobile event tracking by testing SDK implementations, checking parameters, and ensuring events map correctly to the CDP schema.
- Document attribute mapping rules, transformation logic, and enrichment workflows to support CDP governance.
Campaign & Use Case Feasibility
- Translate campaign briefs into CDP requirements by mapping needed behaviors, attributes, and events, and flagging limitations early to avoid activation issues.
- Perform pre‑launch audience QA by validating filters and rules.
- Maintain the event taxonomy and attribute dictionary to ensure consistent data governance across teams.
- Develop a foundational understanding of BRP’s data architecture by learning how Snowflake tables are used from ingestion pipelines and how Tealium stores campaign and delivery data.
- Work with CRM, marketing, media, and analytics teams on customer journey use cases (audiences, triggers, journeys, and AI).
- Validate suppression lists, consent attributes, and opt‑out logic to support GDPR/CCPA compliance.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Curiosity about how customer data platforms work.
- Hands-on experience with APIs or web programming projects (HTML, JSON, APIs).
- Basic ability to read small JavaScript or SQL snippets for data validation.
- Experience with dashboards (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, QuickSight).
- Familiarity with database concepts (schemas, tables, joins).
- Awareness of data privacy regulations is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and a QA mindset.
