The Lead Supply Attendant, who will report to the warehouse manager, leads a team of DMS Supply Attendants and is responsible for ensuring daily compliance with all DMS & Delta policy and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Warehouse Supply attendants
- Prioritize multiple tasks and daily workload requirements to ensure smooth day-to-day parts support to our customers
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, picking and shipping of parts in a timely and efficient manner according to established policies and procedures
- Ensure team support to inventory accuracy/integrity and adherence to the Inventory policy
- Coordinate and follow up on movement and shipment of parts to & from customers, outside repair vendors, freight handlers, & courier services
- Responsible for safe operation of mechanical and manual material handling equipment, and the company vehicle by all team members
- Accurate data entry by all team members
- Lead a team that can properly bin & issue materials to and from stock
- Lead a team that can perform Inventory audit and cycle count
- Monitor team safety, quality and efficiencies and take action/raise awareness when any are negatively impacted
- Monitor and ensure compliance to warehouse processes and policies
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a background check
- Demonstrate ability to safely operate material handling equipment
- Able to meet deadlines with high productivity and accuracy
- Experience in warehousing and logistics preferred
- Must be a team player with focus on leading a team & customer service
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, dayshift operation with the occasional flexibilty to work on-call hours during evenings and weekends, if needed, & willing to work overtime if required
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience leading a team preferred
- Makes safety a priority
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs utilizing proper equipment or assistance
- Must be performing satisfactorily in present position
- Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines with high productivity and accuracy
- Experience in warehousing and logistics preferred
- Possess strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP preferred

- Able to lift up to 80 lbs utilizing proper equipment or assistance
- Must be performing satisfactorily in present position
