**Job Type:** Part-Time Internship

About Us
PR Design Build is a residential design and remodeling company focused on creating thoughtfully designed homes throughout West Michigan. We work closely with homeowners to bring their vision to life through a collaborative design process that balances creativity, functionality, and attention to detail. We are looking for a motivated Design Intern to support our team with design development, selections, drafting, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential design and remodeling projects
- Create and revise floor plans, elevations, and design drawings
- Support material and finish selections
- Organize project information and design documentation
- Assist with client presentations and design boards
- Conduct product and material research
- Attend project meetings and occasional site visits as the schedule allows
- Help maintain design libraries and project files
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience with Chief Architect
- Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling
- Familiarity with design software and presentation tools
