Document Control Clerk/Filing Specialist
Location: Trenton, NJ
General Responsibilities
General administrative/ processing forms / data entry. Familiar with PC's & laptops. Data entry into Oracle database Commercial Recording and Tax Registration. Microsoft Office- Outlook 2016 (would need email address setup).

Experience Required
- Make authorized updates to online accounts. i.e. add/end eligibilities, update addresses. Put aside those that require higher level changes.
- Update business sales tax information application to a non-reporting status within the system.
- Update tax eligibility in application to add special eligibilities.
- Review submitted applications for approval.
- Enter approved applications in database.
- Mail approved documents to customer.
- Computer skills which include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel 3 years
- Ability to perform simple data entry 3years
- Must have high school diploma 4 Years

Skills Preferred
- Basic Computer skills
- Good Communication and writing skills
Education Required
Min High School Diploma with 4 Years experience
Work Hours
35 hours, 8:30am-4:30pm Lunch - 1/2 Hour (unpaid)
