Drexel Co-Op - Gas Meter Shop - Fall Winter 2026

Overview This position will assist current employees with daily duties in the Field Operations Department.

Responsibilities Assist the Planning, Engineering, and Construction Section with various reporting and tracking methods designed to support departmental programs; Assist with Project design; Assist in reviewing and provide input regarding current recommended procedures and Distribution Standards; Assist in research and development of instruction manuals outlining directives and equipment usage for projects. Assist in documenting current Safety Procedures; Assist in reviewing accident/claim reports; Assist Superintendent of Training/Safety with special projects and assignments.

Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Safety Science, or Occupational Safety, Must have verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Must have organizational management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and usually under short deadlines.
