Responsibilities

  • Track relevant issues such as paid family and medical leave, paid sick days, fair pay, pregnancy discrimination and sexual harassment
  • Conduct research on topics related to work
  • Contribute to fact sheets and policy products, including fact checking and proofreading
  • Attend briefings, hearings and events around DC and virtually
  • Contribute to team meetings and events

Requirements

  • Strong writing, communication, and computer skills
  • Research experience in an academic or professional setting
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Commitment to gender and equity, economic justice, and the Partnership's mission
  • Understanding of poverty and racial justice intersection with key issues
  • Must be at least a senior in college as of Fall 2026
