About This Role

Think Academy U.S. Silicon Valley is seeking a Future Leadership Program (Business Operations + Teaching) for our Teaching Team. This role is designed for recent graduates and early‑career professionals who are passionate about math education and aspire to become future leaders in the industry. The position involves teaching while supporting key operational functions across different school departments, and offers a fast‑track leadership program with the opportunity to grow into roles such as Department Manager or other leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective teaching management strategies to enhance the quality of lessons delivered by our teaching staff.
• Provide guidance to teachers through mock lessons and coaching sessions.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to identify improvement areas and create development plans.
• Work cross‑functionally with operations and marketing teams to support enrollment and program success.
• Communicate effectively with parents and students to understand needs and provide personalized learning support.
• Deliver math classes, grade homework, and hold parent meetings.
• Work with the teaching management team to advance teaching‑related services.
• Teach on weekends as required.
• Support student retention across assigned grade levels.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above (all majors welcome; STEM preferred).
• Strong interest in education, leadership, and business operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Passion for teaching and working with students.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

• 70K – 75K annual base pay plus teaching and business operation commission.
