Design Alaska is looking for Engineering Interns who are dynamic, hardworking, and passionate about the building construction industry to join our team. Design Alaska is a full service Architecture, Engineering, and Surveying firm that provides commercial and institutional design services throughout Alaska. Design Alaska's goal is to provide our employees with a rewarding professional experience.
Engineering Intern Duties
- Drafting with Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit software
- Engineering calculations
- Technical report writing
- Construction cost estimating
- Construction job site inspections
Desirable Attributes
- Engineering students who have completed their sophomore year
- Driven, focused, and manages time well
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Works effectively within team environments
- Currently living in Alaska
