Event Intern - Titanic Museum Attraction

Summary of Position: The Event Intern will assist the Event Executive in the execution of high-quality internal and external events. These events may include formal dinners, community marketing events, corporate events, weddings, receptions, and more. Major

Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with setting up the event space with tables, chairs, and any required decoration per the client’s specifications. Assist with hosting during the event, tending to guests’ needs. Assist with errands related to events like picking up catering and supplies as required.

Assist Event Executive with coordinating event logistics. Assist with set-up and clean-up for events as necessary, as well as keeping event space orderly and organized.
