Role
Our client, a nonprofit educational publishing organization affiliated with a prestigious university, is seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant / HR Coordinator to support its Chief Human Resources Officer. This hybrid opportunity is based in Brighton, MA, offers 25 hours per week, and pays $25-$35/hour depending on experience. The role will run for 3+ months and is ideal for a polished administrative professional with strong HR exposure, executive support experience, and exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and coordination for the CHRO
- Coordinate executive-level interview scheduling and ensure a high-touch candidate experience
- Provide HR administrative support and assist with onboarding-related processes
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry
- Draft professional email communications and correspondence
- Track and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion
Candidate Qualifications
- Previous experience in Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator, or administrative support roles
- Exposure to HR processes and onboarding documentation
- Strong calendar management and scheduling experience, including Zoom/Teams meeting coordination
- Excellent written communication skills and professionalism when interacting with senior-level stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- HR environment experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
