Role

Legal & Compliance Intern · Fixed Term · Aug 2026 – Apr 2027 · Hybrid

This is a working role for a 3L who wants to be embedded with a product development team, not filing, not pouring coffee. You'll draft and review contracts, maintain compliance documentation, and validate that how we handle PHI, PII, and other regulated data types actually meets the frameworks governing our clients: HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR, and others as relevant. You don't need to write React. You do need to understand what it means when a React app sends user data to a third-party API.

What We're Looking For

• 3L (at start of internship) with 1–2 years of work experience
• A genuine interest in tech or privacy law
• The ability to translate legal risk into language developers can act on
• Familiarity with HIPAA, CCPA, or GDPR is a plus

This role has a defined end date; but it sits at the intersection of two areas we're actively building out. For the right person, the path forward is real.

Compensation

$38.27 - $47.28 Hourly
