JOB SUMMARY:

EP&E manages a technology portfolio spanning cloud, network, workplace technology, voice, and infrastructure services. Keeping that many moving parts visible and consistent takes operational rigor — this intern role is a chance to build that rigor firsthand, working across the full portfolio rather than a single initiative.

You'll help EP&E run itself better. That means documenting how the portfolio's processes actually work, building the reporting and dashboards leadership relies on, and researching what other organizations are doing in cloud, network, workplace technology, voice, and infrastructure so EP&E's practices stay current. Your output will be used — process docs that team's reference, dashboards leadership reads, research that shapes real decisions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Document product management and delivery processes across the EP&E portfolio
• Build and maintain portfolio reporting and status materials for leadership review
• Research industry practices and technology trends across cloud, network, workplace technology, voice, and infrastructure services
• Produce process documentation, dashboards, and analyses that improve consistency and visibility across initiatives
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in current portfolio management practices and propose improvements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited educational institution.
• Must be actively pursuing a degree in in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Must have at least 1 year of academic undergraduate studies completed or a sophomore status at minimum.
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Course work or experience in Business or Finance.
• Course work or experience in computer science, network infrastructure or databases.
• High degree of technological literacy (Power user of technology).
