MikeWorldWide is seeking a Fall Intern in our Trenton Office (part time). MikeWorldWide (MWW) offers an incredible opportunity for rising seniors and recent college graduates to develop their public relations, communications, and government relations skills before entering the job market. We are currently in search of an intern to join our Trenton office, which offers an immersive 360-degree experience into the world of public affairs, communications, and government relations. As a leading independent, integrated public relations agency, MWW is committed to offering our interns valuable work exposure and the opportunity to learn directly from our talented team members across public affairs and government relations. Our Interns will have the chance to play a crucial role in supporting our diverse clients and accounts across disciplines.
Candidate Requirements
- Be a rising senior (graduating in 2027) or a 2026 graduate
- Be able to work two to three (2-3) days a week in our Trenton office for fifteen (15) total hours weekly throughout the program: Tuesday, September 8 through Friday, December 11
- Demonstrate a passion for and interest in public affairs, integrated communications, and government relations
- Students with experience in on-campus community organizing are a plus
- A strong desire and passion to be an effective communicator and creative thinker
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple assignments; be detail-focused, organized, and deadline-oriented with strong time management skills
- Proficient knowledge of full Microsoft Office Suite as well as popular social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience with AI and media tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Muck Rack, Meltwater, NewsWhip, etc.) is a plus
