About the role
We're looking for 2-3 part-time candidates for the role of Talent Management Intern during the coming Fall/Winter months. Experience working in a fast-paced environment or at a start-up is highly valuable; any experience working with talent and/or celebrities is a huge plus. Working days are flexible based on your availability / class schedule. Please note this is a fully remote/virtual position. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Closely work alongside our talent team on a variety of day-to-day artist support and administrative services. -Track and report current social media trends and platform updates. - Assist in the creation and upkeep of internal campaign documentation and project management tools. - Help define, develop and execute Talent's channel, content, product and licensing initiatives. - Help to scout potential talent and provide personal insights on selections. - Update talent bios and content examples for use in sales and content pitches. - Update weekly talent stats within our talent decks. - Collaborate with the Addition team and other interns on internal research and presentations. REQUIREMENTS: - Working towards a college degree (Juniors/Seniors preferred as the position can lead to entry level position in future). - Active on all social media and video platforms and applications (apps). - General knowledge of top creators/influencers on each of the social media and video platforms and apps. - A passion for and knowledge of College Sports is strongly preferred. - Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel). - Active interest in pursuing a career in talent management.
