Key Accountabilities

- Manage team schedules
- Monitor costs so we stay profitable
- Supervise the restaurant staff's performance
- Hire and train new team members
- Ensure customers are served quickly
Required Skills
- Excellent grasp of customer service best practices
- Experience working in food service, preferably in the fast food or quick service industries
- Some experience managing a team
Availability
- Must be available to work during normal business hours, which include weekends and holidays
Compensation
- $14 - $18 hourly
