Pay is $1,250 (Taxes not included) 50 hour work week Hands-on experience working on real construction projects Career growth opportunities:  Many of our interns go on to full-time roles—one of our former interns is now  Chief of Estimating , and others hold key positions in project management and engineering. Supportive, fun, and collaborative team environment What You’ll Do Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management Help prepare and review change orders Learn job cost reporting and project analysis Contribute to work plans, schedules, and resource planning Participate in project meetings and team coordination Ensure projects meet  quality standards and safety policies Who We’re Looking For Current student pursuing a  degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology Some related experience is helpful (coursework or previous internships) Strong  communication, leadership, and organizational skills Goal-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn Why You’ll Love It Here At Ragle, we invest in  our interns’ growth .
