Field Inspector
Abaris Real Estate Management is seeking a Field Inspector to join our Inspections Department. In this role, you will conduct HOA covenant, interior unit, and common area inspections, document findings, and prepare detailed reports that support Board decisions, ensure compliance with community standards, and help protect property values. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working independently while traveling between multiple communities.
Location
Rockville, MD (office-based with regular travel to communities throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia).
Compensation
$17 - $18 hourly
