**Financial Services Trainee - Series 7 & 63 Licensing Program**
**Position Overview**
Kickstart your career in wealth management and trading! We are seeking motivated, client-focused candidates to join our comprehensive **12-week paid licensing and training program**.
During this program, you will be fully compensated while studying for and passing your **SIE, Series 7, and Series 63** financial licenses-with **all training materials and exam fees 100% covered**. Upon successful completion of your exams, you will transition into a permanent **Trader / Licensed Client Representative** role.
**What You'll Do (Post-Licensing Role)**
As a Trader, you will serve as a vital liaison between clients and Financial Advisors, delivering exceptional service and guidance:
- **Client Support & Guidance:** Answer incoming calls from clients and Financial Advisors to resolve inquiries and provide high-level account assistance.
- **Portfolio Consultation:** Review existing portfolio holdings with clients, educate them on investment platforms, and recommend alignment strategies to match their financial goals.
- **Digital Onboarding:** Guide clients through modern digital platforms, helping them transition smoothly to managing their portfolios online with professional advisor support.

**Program Requirements**
