Food & Beverage Internship

Come be part of a growing, fast-paced, family-orientated business within the hospitality industry! We are currently seeking a food and beverage intern. The food and beverage intern will provide quality service to our guests, handle guest complaints, serve, host, bus tables, and provide excellent customer service.

Serves food and supports after dining care of restaurant area. Monitors the restaurant floor & leading communication between the front of the house and the back of the house. Monitors and executing food and beverage orders and ensuring the quality and appearance of the presentation.

Trains in all positions of the restaurants in order to have a better understanding of each position. Coaches, directs and trains as needed. Learns how to - write schedules, handle cash, office reporting, cover forecasting, scheduling, payroll & labor controls.

Leads Opening and Closing procedures of restaurants.
