**Position** Graphic Design Intern at Naylor Association Solutions (Naylor, LLC)

**Overview** The Graphic Design Intern will assist in developing visual content for marketing, and production-related initiatives. This role provides hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced creative environment, working on diverse digital and print projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Remote, part‑time position, up to 25 hours per week, with daytime availability required.

**Responsibilities** - Assist in creating marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and website assets. - Ensure consistency across all design projects by adhering to brand guidelines. - Develop and refine layouts, typography, and visual elements to align with project objectives. - Work closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to execute design projects. - Provide creative input while maintaining brand integrity. - Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely project completion. - Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring correct formatting and specifications. - Support and maintain updates for websites, brochures, and media kits, incorporating necessary design elements and content layout. - Other duties may be assigned as needed.

**Software & Tools** - Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design software. - Work with content management systems (Word Press, Elementor Editor) for website updates. - Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Mid Journey, Adobe Firefly) is a plus.

**Time Management & Organization** - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Keep design files organized and maintain clear documentation of project progress. - Leverage automation platforms and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

**Qualifications** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout. - Ability to work independently while taking direction effectively. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Basic knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and Figma is a plus.
