A 12-week internship designed to immerse top-tier students in the financial and operational research that drives our investment strategy, focusing on market mapping, regulatory analysis, and acquisition targeting.
Ideal Candidate
Current undergraduate or graduate student in Finance, Economics, or Healthcare Administration with exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute data collection and analysis for Geographic Contiguity Mapping projects.
- Model the financial impact of different Payer Mixes and regulatory hurdles (CON/Reciprocity).
- Contribute to the Economic Modeling of Caregiver Wage Investment ROI.
- Present a final research paper with actionable insights to the leadership team.
