Create and post job ads on job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), and internal channels Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms, databases, referrals, and social media outreach Conduct initial screening of resumes and shortlist qualified applicants Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Communicate with applicants regarding interview details, feedback, and status updates Help manage and update recruitment trackers, applicant databases, and candidate pipelines Participate in interviews or assessments as needed, with supervision Assist in collecting and organizing pre-employment requirements (e.g., clearances, documents) Contribute to recruitment marketing and employer branding content for social media Monitor recruitment metrics and assist in generating reports (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness)

Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related course
- Internship must be part of the school's academic requirement (OJT or Practicum)
- Endorsement letter or MOA from the school is required
- Strong interest in recruitment and human resources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Willing to work remotely - must have a reliable internet connection and strong mobile phone reception
