About the role
We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Intern to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will support the sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management of goods and services that are not part of our direct manufacturing process. This role provides hands-on experience in a corporate environment while you contribute to ongoing procurement projects.
What you'll do
- Research and identify potential suppliers and prepare requests for proposals and quotations.
- Maintain vendor databases, track supplier performance, and assist with onboarding new vendors.
- Collect and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new procurement processes and policies.
- Participate in special projects, including sustainability initiatives, process automation, and strategic sourcing.
What you'll need
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Experience with Google Workspace tools including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States indefinitely.
