At GE Health Care, our Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, grow your technical and leadership skills, and contribute to digital solutions that improve lives. As an ITDP intern, you’ll be part of a collaborative team working on impactful projects across our global IT organization. You’ll learn by doing—developing innovative solutions, solving real‑world challenges, and building a foundation for a future career in healthcare technology.

Internship Opportunities May Include: Data Analytics & Operations– Drive insights and efficiency through data Technical Product Management– Support the development and delivery of digital products Digital Engineering– Build and optimize software solutions and platforms Cybersecurity & Risk– Enhance security posture and manage IT risk What You’ll Gain: Exposure to cutting‑edge technologies and tools Mentorship from experienced IT professionals Opportunities to collaborate across functions and geographies Development of leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Basic Qualifications: Currently enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at an accredited college or university (continuing after the internship) Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Data Science, or a related STEM field Available for a minimum of 10 weeks during Summer 2027 Geographically mobile and open to relocation; internship roles are based in Waukesha, WI,or Remote (U.S. -based) Preferred Qualifications: Analytical & Curious– You enjoy solving problems and challenging the status quo Proactive & Focused– You take initiative, learn quickly, and prioritize effectively Tech‑Savvy– You’re passionate about technology and stay current with industry trends Collaborative Communicator– You work well across teams and explain technical concepts clearly Customer‑Centered– You understand user needs and strive to deliver meaningful value Leadership‑Oriented– You’ve led projects or teams and thrive in dynamic environments Innovative & Adaptable– You bring fresh ideas, embrace change, and continuously seek improvement
