Responsibilities: Develop high-energy, fun, interactive workshop and summer camp curriculum to create creative experiential learning. Create instructional materials in the form of courses, student guides, training manuals, teaching aids, and videos. Redesign instructional materials to ensure accessibility and usability.

Research and identify learning activities and technologies that can be incorporated into training programs. Collaborate closely with the Curriculum Development Manager and other curriculum development team members. Assist in hosting/scheduling online training initiatives through Google Meet and Zoom.

Participate in collecting and organizing feedback on existing training programs and materials Required Skills: Creative and Innovative mindset Passion for creating unique learning experiences for youth A background in instructional design or learning experience design. Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with audio/video editing tools Computer proficiency

Qualifications Education Requirement: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development or Business required (Bachelor’s preferred), Instructional Design, Learning & Development, and Human Learning & Development Must be a Junior or Senior if currently enrolled. Additional information Time Commitment: 9-10 hours a week Flexible start/end date.
