Intermediate/Sr. Interior Designer

Intermediate Candidates require a minimum of 4 years of Interior Design experience, with increasing responsibility Senior Candidates require a minimum of 8 years of Interior Design experience

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with management background
  • Take projects from all phases of design including procurement to installation
  • High‑end residential estate and corporate interior experience
  • Coordination with consultants, vendors and owner
  • Procurement, scheduling and installation
  • Familiar with custom furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) & accessories is a must
  • Sourcing and procurement of all FF&E items
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to take direction and lead with minimal supervision
  • Motivated team player with team attitude
  • Strong problem‑solving skills – identify possible solutions and plan of action
  • Familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook, Photoshop and Design Manager

A+ Jr. Interior Designer / Administrative Assistant

  • 1–2 years of experience
  • Assist Designers in Interior & Architecture Departments
  • Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Compose memos/emails
  • General office work
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attitude
  • Works well under pressure
  • Self‑motivated team player
  • Internet savvy

Interior Design Intern

The ideal candidate should possess a good attitude, with a strong can‑do mentality. Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordination with consultants, vendors and owner
  • General office work
  • Composing and sending memos/emails
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed
  • Handle various other tasks as directed

Position Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Experience with Word, Excel & Outlook is required; Design Manager & Photoshop a plus
  • Overall understanding of Interior Design
  • Ability to follow design direction
  • Understand Schematic Design and Design Development
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimum supervision
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Works well under pressure
  • Self‑motivated team player
