Constellation Brands is seeking an Intern, Audit IAAS to support our Internal Audit & Assurance Services team within our global beer, wine, and spirits manufacturing business. In this performance-driven, collaborative environment, you will assist with audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes across our breweries, wineries, and corporate functions.

Responsibilities include supporting risk assessments, testing internal controls, analyzing data, documenting workpapers, and helping prepare findings and recommendations that improve efficiency, safeguard assets, and strengthen governance. You will work with cross-functional partners, gain exposure to senior leaders, and build foundational skills in auditing, accounting, and data analytics while contributing to responsible growth and innovation in iconic beverage brands. Support internal audit projects for manufacturing and corporate functions Assist in testing internal controls and documenting results Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks and process gaps Prepare workpapers, summaries, and audit findings for review Help evaluate compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather audit evidence Contribute to recommendations that improve efficiency and control design Participate in special projects related to risk assessment and data analytics Support follow-up on remediation of audit findings Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards Internal auditing procedures Accounting principles (GAAP) Risk assessment and internal controls Data analysis and Excel Data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ACL, IDEA) Process documentation and workpaper preparation Written and verbal communication Time management and organization SAP or other ERP exposure Regulatory and compliance awareness Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field Coursework in auditing or assurance preferred Interest in CPA or CIA certification a plus
