Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements Collaborate with experienced engineers on field operations including drilling, well testing, and equipment maintenance Collect and analyze field activity data to identify trends and issues Troubleshoot field operations and equipment issues Inspect and maintain equipment Maintain detailed records and documentation of field activities, equipment inspections, and safety measures Apply Health, Safety, and Environment standards and procedures
Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or another STEM-related program GPA greater than or equal to 2.75 out of 4.0 or equivalent Fluent in oral and written English Effective communication skills Able to relocate for the duration of the internship Authorized to work in the United States and maintain work authorization throughout employment without requiring sponsorship by Baker Hughes Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical skills in collecting and analyzing field activity data to identify trends and issues, while applying Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
