Minimum Qualifications

The minimum qualifications for education and experience can be met in one of the following ways: High school graduation or GED equivalent AND Completion of at least one course in Computer Information Systems, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a related field.

Required Skills

  • Positive work attitude, reliable and responsible
  • Ability to write and communicate concisely and effectively
  • Proficient computer skills with basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and ArcGIS
  • Good organizational skills, detail-oriented and good data keeper

Licenses/Certificates

  • Possession at time of hire and continued maintenance of a valid California driver's license and a safe driving record, or the ability to provide alternate transportation which is approved by the appointing authority

Selection Process

Applications will be competitively screened based on the minimum qualifications of this position. Based upon a review of the application materials, qualified candidate applications will be forwarded to the hiring department for review.
