Position Summary
Provides project support to the marketing department.
Essential Functions
- Helps with the coordination of special events.
- Assists with sponsorship coordination.
- Assists with tracking promotional items and dispersing them.
- Participates in planning marketing calendar for the year.
- Enters invoices
- Assists with internal and external web updates
- Provides assistance to the digital marketing team
- Assists with graphic design and video
- Helps with various marketing administrative duties.
Required Qualifications
- Student majoring in Marketing or other business-related fields
- Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week
