Work Schedule: M‑F / 40hrs per week. Job

Qualifications Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry or Biomedical Science Additional Job Standards Demonstrate strong attention to detail and willingness to follow laboratory procedures Eagerness to learn new laboratory skills and scientific concepts Show initiative and the ability to work independently under general supervision Maintains professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct Strong communication skills; both written and verbal Actively participates in training sessions and applies newly learned skills accordingly Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting Ability to work both independently and with diverse team members Excellent communication and organizational skills Internship 2027 Dates June1,2027 — August 13,2027 About the Team The Research and Development Department at RTP supports Laboratory Operations and Clinical Departments through comprehensive assay development, validation, and troubleshooting.
