Qorvo’s Internship Program offers: Challenging, skill-building assignments Mentoring and coaching from industry experts Networking and social events Qorvo’s Product Engineering Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, and Connectivity and Sensors business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment. Assist the Product Engineering team with data analysis and reporting of product performance on various semiconductor technologies.
Perform semiconductor wafer and packaged level yield analysis evaluations. Assist the Product Engineering team with problem solving and continuous improvement efforts. Conduct data analysis/mining/extraction utilizing statistical methods and related software tools Ensure data accuracy through correlation between test platforms and maintains product history and documentation Develop test plans for prototype and production electrical testing Interface with Design, Fab, Test, Applications, Product Management, and Quality Engineering teams to support in the development of high yielding products and resolve manufacturing issues Learn how semiconductor testing is developed and then assist the PE team with test development activities.
Currently pursuing BS (Junior or Senior), MS, PhD in Electrical Engineering Some semiconductor theory course work preferred Exposure to DC and RF measurement equipment desired; O-Scope, Signal generator, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers Software Exposure: Python, ADS, FEM, HFSS, Momentum, Cadence, Dynamic Link, Spotfire, JMP desired Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $We do more than create innovative RF and Power solutions for the mobile, defense and infrastructure markets – we are a place to innovate and shape the future of wireless communications.
