About the role
Your opportunity
This is a 10-week summer internship program from May 31st to August 6th, 2027, focusing on first-hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking.
- Respond to sales team needs and requests. Utilize information provided by the sales team to help further develop business opportunities in a team-based approach
- Follow up with our Sales Team in a timely manner
- Generate client mailings and e-mails related to company products and thought leadership information
- Maintain departmental databases as well as client mailing lists, ensuring updated information
- Support departmental sales goals and territorial objectives by working closely with Internal Sales Consultants and Regional Sales Directors
- Perform a variety of administrative activities including coordinating client meetings, generating sales reports, and ordering literature materials as required
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Incoming juniors and seniors highly preferred
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of the internship
- Looking for candidates who are passionate about the mutual fund/financial services industry
- Must be able to provide own local accommodations and transportation
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to develop strategic business relationships
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work with little supervision
