Internship, Recruiting (Winter Spring 2027)

What To Expect Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start around January 2027 and continue through the entire Spring term (ending approximately May 2027 or later, if available). We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program.

Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships. International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site.

Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year. The Internship Recruiting Team is driven by the passion to recognize and develop emerging talent. Location: Palo Alto, CA or Fremont, CA What You'll Do Coordinate ever-changing requests while maintaining efficient communication between candidates, recruiters, and all other stakeholders Prioritize timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail Update candidate records in recruiting systems and confirming new hires – maintain data integrity to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed What You'll Bring Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field Available for a minimum of 12+ weeks for the internship Able to work full-time, 32+ hours per week Self-starters who are results oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrates strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, takes initiative and showcases curiosity Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment

Experience

and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs (Excel, Word, etc.) Previous work experience or internships in related field is a plus
