What To ExpectThis position is expected to begin around May/June 2027 and continue through August. Internships at Tesla are full-time, onsite roles that last a minimum of 12 weeks. Longer internships are encouraged.
International Students: If your work authorization is via CPT, consult your school regarding your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week onsite. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.
About the role: We’re hiring a driven Software Engineering Intern to contribute end-to-end to full-stack applications for the Recruiting organization. You’ll work directly with your users to decide what matters most and what gets built, see how it works in production, then iterate again. The ideal candidate has the curiosity to dig into ambiguous, high-impact problems and the talent to turn practical solutions into production software.
You’ll treat applications like products: designing the solution, writing reliable code, measuring impact and adoption, then shipping updates that gain even more traction with your users. Compensation $37.00 - $55.00 + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
