Join our high-impact Investment Banking team as an intern and dive into the heart of live deals from day one. This isn't just observation—it's hands-on involvement in real transactions, where you'll collaborate with senior bankers and clients to build essential skills in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution. Key Responsibilities
As an integral team member, you'll contribute to active mandates, including:
- Financial Analysis & Modeling: Build and refine sophisticated models (e.g., DCF, LBO, M&A, trading comps) for valuation and transaction support.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, identify acquisition targets, and evaluate strategic opportunities.
- Due Diligence: Organize confidential data, prepare requests, and summarize key insights to inform decisions.
- Presentation Development: Create compelling pitch books, client decks, internal memos, and materials for meetings and executions.
- Deal Support: Assist in live transactions like IPOs, follow-ons, and M&A, coordinating with legal, audit, and advisory partners.
- Administrative Support: Ensure seamless team operations through general assistance in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Education: Current junior, senior, or recent graduate pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions) and PowerPoint. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a must Solid understanding of financial accounting and statement analysis. Knowledge of AI tools and techniques for financial analysis and forecasting. Familiarity with tools like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or FactSet is a plus.

**Pay:** $20.00 per hour
