About the role
Labor Management Data Entry & Migration
Accurately transfer employee information from existing community master schedule spreadsheets into the new scheduling software.
Labor Management Data Validation
Review data entries for accuracy (e.g., names, departments, job titles, master schedule).
Scheduling System Support
- Assist in setting up initial community profiles.
- Scheduling/supporting team training as needed.
Communication
Coordinate with Operations Specialist to resolve data discrepancies and verify scheduling input is complete by the deadlines.

Other duties as assigned.
Level of Formal Education
Completion or pursuing a degree.
Area of Study
Business, Operations Management, Information Systems or related field.
Type of Experience
Senior Living preferred by not required.
Technical Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Information Systems
Experience with CRM systems or scheduling software is a plus.
