**Position:** Law Student Intern/Law Clerk

Hours & Compensation
- 10-20 hours per week during the Fall semester
- Ideal schedule: 10-20 hours during the week, Tues-Thurs
- Pay: $25.00 per hour
Work Location
Hybrid remote in Philadelphia, PA 19103
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery
- Case summaries/advocacy pieces for defense lawyers
- Client communication
About the Role
The majority of the work is based in Federal Court, so the work will provide a crash course in basic Federal procedure.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a practical-minded persuasive writer, who has an interest in learning about consumer protection and fee shifting cases.
