Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research on licensing and patent infringement/enforcement issues
- Conduct analyses of the patent litigation landscape and litigation prep
- Assist with license compliance matters
- Aid business in understanding contractual requirements and applicable legal landscape
- Develop and implement improved policies and processes for the legal department
Requirements
- Strong interest in patents and intellectual property law
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive and professional attitude, including dependability and timeliness
- Ability to research legal and business issues and learn new concepts quickly
- Experience with online research tools, Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, and Bloomberg
