To learn more: www.sony.com/en . Position Summary: Sony Corporation of America (“SCA”) is seeking a Fall 202 6 law student intern to support the Legal , Et hics & Trust Department. This is a paid internship and the i ntern will assist lawyers in transactional, litigation and corporate matters.

SCA’s law student i ntern program is designed to provide the i ntern with hands-on training in a real-world environment of an in-house legal department. Assignments will vary and may include researching and drafting memos, reviewing agreements and other legal documents, and attending client meetings and negotiations . Interns wil l work in person 1 - 2 days per week from the NYC office and re motely for approxi mately 15-20 hou rs/ week .

Qualifications: E xperience/background/course work/other indicia of interest in the fields of technology, media, or similar industries Minimum of 3. 0 GPA Prior law firm/judicial internship or related internship experience is a plus Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks until they are completed

Experience

in discreetly handling confidential information preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must be enrolled in an ABA accredited law school If applicant is seeking course credit, such applicant must be enrolled in an ABA accredited law school internship/externship or clinical program Requirements: Sub mit resume, cover letter , l aw school t ranscr ipt , and writing sample as part of the application materials Available to work starting September 202 6 until the end of the F all 202 6 semester Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. The target hourly rate for this internship is $23.00 per hour.
