About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Intern to support day-to-day operations, project coordination, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in consulting, nonprofit management, public sector work, climate and equity initiatives, or entrepreneurship. The intern will gain hands‑on experience working across real client projects, internal systems, and stakeholder engagement efforts while developing professional skills in project management, research, communications, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project coordination and task tracking using Click Up or similar tools
  • Assist with research, data collection, and synthesis for client or internal initiatives
  • Draft and organize documents, presentations, reports, and meeting notes
  • Support communications, including emails, scheduling, and follow‑ups with partners or stakeholders
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and outreach (virtual or in‑person, as applicable)
  • Help maintain organized digital files (Google Drive, shared folders, databases)
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Interest in consulting, public service, nonprofit work, climate, equity, or community development is a plus

Preferred (but Not Required)

  • Familiarity with Click Up, Asana, or other project management tools
  • Experience with research, communications, or event support
  • Background in public policy, business, environmental studies, economics, communications, or related fields
