Responsibilities
- Support activities related to the development, optimization, and sustainment of manufacturing processes
- Assist with process development, evaluate production workflows, support manufacturing documentation
- Design tooling or fixtures, analyze production and quality data
- Participate in troubleshooting efforts, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with manufacturing, quality, design, and test engineering teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Engineering student; some progress towards engineering degree
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build a good network
- Diligent, hardworking, and quick to learn
