**Location** Denver, CO (Hybrid)
**Employment** Internship
**Compensation** Unpaid to start, with paid opportunity based on performance
**Duration** 3 months
**Commitment** 10-20 hours per week
Team Mission
We need someone who can help us show up consistently across social, video, and digital channels without waiting for step-by-step direction.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality marketing assets in Canva, including one-sheets, social posts, and presentation materials.
- Produce and edit short-form video content for Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn clips.
- Manage and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in building and executing marketing campaigns and other GTM initiatives.
Preferred Background
- Strong Canva skills. This is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
- Comfort creating social media content and basic video edits in CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Ability to move fast and execute without hand-holding.
- Strong attention to detail, design quality, and interest in startups, proptech, real estate, or fintech.
Operating Focus
- Create polished Canva assets for real campaigns, not mockups that never ship.
- Produce short-form social and video content for the channels we actually use.
- Support fast-turn marketing and GTM work as priorities move.
Success Looks Like
- Designs look sharp, on-brand, and ready to publish without heavy rework.
- Social and video content ships consistently and gets used across channels.
- The team trusts you to take a brief, execute quickly, and keep the quality bar high.
How to Apply
Email martin@assessorly.com with:
- Resume
- Portfolio or samples, especially Canva designs, social posts, or short-form video
- Short note on why you are a fit
Denver-based candidates are preferred, but the role supports a hybrid schedule.
Colorado Context
Campaigns should feel like the market they are speaking to. Creative work with local texture beats generic templates. The brand also needs hospitality and interior context, not just exteriors.
