Marketing Intern - Commercial Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to support our commercial real estate brokerage team with property marketing, content creation, and digital outreach. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual interested in commercial real estate, graphic design, and marketing. We are the leading commercial retail brokerage team in Los Angeles. Responsibilities

• Design and update property marketing materials, including brochures, flyers and e-mail blasts
• Create and distribute email newsletters to clients and prospects using Mailchimp
• Develop Linked In content to promote listings, market activity, and company updates
• Maintain branding consistency across all marketing materials
• Organize property photos, site plans, and marketing assets
• Assist with listing launches and ongoing property marketing campaigns
• Support ad hoc marketing and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Interest in commercial real estate and marketing

Preferred Skills

• Mailchimp Claude and AI tools
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with Linked In and social media content creation
• A real estate license is not required
