Position Overview
Outrig Storage is a fast-growing real estate company focused on acquiring and operating RV and boat storage properties across multiple states. We are seeking a Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing, advertising, and content initiatives across our portfolio of storage locations. This role will contribute directly to paid social campaigns, Google Ads management, SEO, website updates, content creation, and performance analysis, with real impact on how we attract and convert customers. The position will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work closely with leadership across marketing and operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, Instagram, etc.) across Outrig locations.
- Support Google Ads setup, monitoring, and optimization, including search and display campaigns.
- Conduct SEO research and contribute to on-page optimization across location pages.
- Assist with website updates, landing page improvements, and content publishing.
- Create engaging content for social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data and prepare concise reports for leadership.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Research practical AI applications to enhance marketing workflows and content creation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate (junior/senior), recent graduate or graduate student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager) and/or Google Ads.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with campaign data and drawing actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- Experience with Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools is a plus.
